The safety question belongs in the product

“The Adolescence of Technology” asks whether institutions are ready for very powerful AI. I read that as a product question too. If a system gives advice or acts for someone, where can the person see uncertainty, stop it or correct it? Before You Fly is a small example of designing that question into the screen.
